I love to bake. I've started to bake as young as 10. My mum's a great cook and I think I got this trait from her. I simply love to bake especially when people enjoy eating them. I've always been giving away either cakes or pastries to my family and friends on special occasion.
Recently, I've started to sell curry puffs. I make these curry puffs for one of my mum's old contacts. She's been supplying to her for years and now I'm taking over. I'm now ready and is starting my own little business of baking cakes and pastries from home. I do bake cakes like marble cake, lapis cakes, swiss rolls, tapak kuda (a kind of roll sandwiched instead of rolled and with nutella spread in between), cheesecakes and cupcakes. I also bake eclairs, cream puffs, durian puffs, fruit tarts, chocolate tarts and cheese tarts.
