Today was the result show for the 1st Asian Idol held. Hady Mirza represented Singapore in the competition. He competed against Idols from 5 other Asian countries like Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines and India.
To me, Hady had not performed that well yesterday. The Idols from Malaysia, Indonesia and Philippines were very strong and had powerful voices. However, Hady gave his best and stayed humble. His sincerity and love to perform for his audience showed in his performance. That was what that made him won.
CONGRATULATIONS, HADY! You've made us all proud to be a Singaporean... Your winning makes a great difference and brings Singapore and you to a better height. All the best in your future endeavours and stay humble always...
