Finally, the day came for us to leave for Brisbane. I've been planning for this holiday and was even more excited than the children. My parents and two of my nieces, my brother's girls, tagged along for this vacation. It was a return trip for myself, my hubby, A'isyah and my parents. For the rest, it's their virgin trip.

We spent our 10 days vacation at Goldcoast and we put up at the Pacific Plaza Apartments. I planned everything from where to visit, what to do, where to shop and what to eat for our 10 days stay.

I was most worried for 'Aliyah as this was her first ride on the plane. I was afraid that she might run loose and not sit still on her seats during the flight. My worries were ironed out as she slept through most of the time during the 5 hours plus flight. She woke up just in time before breakfast was served. As for the landing, she whined as she couldn't stand the ear pain. The bigger girls were all excited that they played throughout the flight.  All in all, I must say that it's a hassle free flight.
